Steven Hashagen, CEO of Indica Labs commented, “2021 proved to be a year of change for Indica Labs. Reviewing our policies, workflows, and hiring practices to meet the needs our employees and customers as we emerge from the pandemic has been top of mind for us at Indica [Labs]. “To see Indica Labs receive this award for a third year in a row is truly touching,” commented Jonathon Bartlett, Director of Human Resources & Accounting at Indica Labs. “I love interacting with our Indica family of almost 100 employees worldwide. It’s been a tough few years for all of us, and I’m so thankful for this group of people. Our employees have made this organization a safe space for everyone to be their true authentic self and I’m grateful for that. When I go home every day, I feel like I made a difference, and when I come to work every morning, I see everyone around me recognizing the positive impact that we all make, and it’s a beautiful thing to observe.”
