Indica Labs’ Islet Quantification FL module counts and measures pancreatic islets and classifies cells within each islet. Islet cells can be measured for cytoplasmic and nuclear staining.
The module can also analyze two cytoplasmic markers, for example insulin and glucagon. In cases where tissues are probed for two islet markers such as glucagon and insulin, the islet boundary can be determined based on positivity for both markers.
