ISH Module

Use the HALO® ISH module and reagents from Molecular Instruments or ACD, a Bio-techne brand, to simultaneously analyze up to three nucleic acid probes on a cell-by-cell basis. This module measures chromogenic and/or silver-labelled DNA or RNA ISH probes in the nucleus and cytoplasm, enabling in-depth analysis of spot numbers and area per cell and compartment, and calculated H-scores for each probe. Analysis can be optimized by incorporating pre-trained AI-based nuclear segmentation, now included with the HALO platform, while interactive markups streamline exploring probe colocalization and combined cell phenotypes.
