HALO AP® Earned Top Scores Across All Categories in KLAS 2026 Global Software Report

In the digital pathology category in the 2026 KLAS Global Software report, HALO AP® was the only pathology platform, among both ranked and unranked solutions, to earn an “A” rating across all six customer experience pillars: culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship, and value.
Indica Labs’ digital pathology platform, HALO AP®, received the highest overall score of any digital pathology solution mentioned in the 2026 KLAS Software report. Although HALO AP® achieved the top score of 94.9/100, the platform did not win ‘Best in KLAS®’ as the number of participating organizations was one short from qualifying as a ranked solution.

Albuquerque, NM, February 12, 2026 – Indica Labs, the world’s leading provider of AI-powered digital pathology solutions, today announced recognition by KLAS for top customer-rated performance in the European digital pathology market. Best in KLAS® honors software organizations that excel at helping healthcare professionals deliver better patient care, based on a meticulous, independent analysis of real-world customer experiences.1 KLAS evaluates vendors on a 100-point scale (A-F letter grade) across multiple dimensions to provide clear, comparative insight into customer satisfaction and performance.

In the digital pathology category in the KLAS 2026 Global Software report, HALO AP® was the only pathology platform, among both ranked and unranked solutions, to earn an “A” rating across all six customer experience pillars: culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship, and value. These results reflect consistent excellence in delivering on commitments; supporting long-term customer partnerships; enabling successful implementation and adoption; advancing product innovation; and driving meaningful outcomes without unnecessary cost.

What are the 6 customer experience pillars measured by KLAS?1

  • Product: Delivery of new technology, overall product quality, product has needed functionality, and supports integration goals
  • Relationship: Executive involvement and quality of phone/ web support
  • Value: Avoids charging for every little thing, drive tangible outcomes, and is worth the money

Achieving an “A” in all categories is also a reflection of the dedication and conviction of the Indica Labs team. Across engineering, clinical operations, marketing, and customer-facing roles, each employee is deeply invested in building and supporting HALO AP® as a platform that performs reliably in real-world environments. The team believes in the products, the customers, and the patients who depend on them, which further drives a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and partnership. That collective commitment shows up not just in scores, but in how the platform evolves, how customers are supported, and how consistently HALO AP® delivers value at scale.

“We’re proud to have earned top marks across every category in the latest KLAS report,” said Steven Hashagen, CEO of Indica Labs. “Achieving straight ‘A’ ratings matters more than a single accolade, it reflects our consistency, operational discipline, and long-term strategic focus. We are building a diagnostic digital pathology platform customers can rely on today and grow with in the future.”

For pharmaceutical companies, leading medical institutions, and clinical laboratories, KLAS scores provide strong evidence that HALO AP® is a trusted and scalable foundation for digital pathology. High marks across the customer experience pillars signal organizational dedication, operational efficiency, and deep customer confidence, all of which are critical for Indica Labs’ expansion into companion diagnostics (CDx) and precision medicine.
