The HALO® High Dimensional Analysis module empowers exploratory analysis of cells or objects across whole slide images using a suite of tools for dimensionality reduction and unsupervised clustering. The module includes the UMAP dimensionality reduction technique and K-means and PhenoGraph clustering algorithms and can be used in conjunction with any cell- or object-based analysis module for brightfield or fluorescence.
Clustering
Explore cell or object relationships using unsupervised clustering with K-means and PhenoGraph algorithms. Clusters are displayed on UMAP plots and feature heatmaps, and an interactive link between the image, object data, and UMAP plot enables seamless investigation of results.
Dimensionality Reduction
Visualize large, complex data sets with UMAP dimensional reduction, and easily adjust features of interest and the number of UMAP neighbors for comparative analyses.
