HALO Link features a powerful and intuitive browser-based image viewer. Change magnification, view brightfield z-stack images, pan using Ergo mode, and optimize fluorescent image visualization using a channel histogram and real-time previewing of changes.​

Efficiently annotate slides and manage annotations across slides. Deploy a robust collection of annotation tools, including flood-fill and undo-redo, and leverage the annotation manager feature to create annotation layers across slides and perform bulk annotation actions.​

Organize without limits and quickly access your data thanks to a study-focused design and flexible data hierarchies. Find recently accessed and favorited studies on the study landing page and smoothly navigate sub-studies using the study tree display. Leverage custom study and slide fields at every level for easy task tracking and metadata organization.​

Construct slide trays to temporarily host slides for more selective review with collaborators. Trays can contain slides from multiple studies and any associated metadata, annotations, or analysis markups are included. Create custom task fields to fit the needs of a study, and quickly update task status within the slide viewer.
