HALO® ADC Target Scoring Module Features and Functionalities

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new ADC Target Scoring module, designed to support continuous quantitative measurement of target protein expression across different cellular compartments.

In this blog post, we explore the capabilities of the HALO® ADC Target Scoring module and share learning resources that dive deeper into the module’s workflows.

What New Features Are Included?

This focused mIHC module features streamlined inputs for easy and efficient setup, along with dedicated outputs optimized for ADC target expression quantification. The module works with single-stain IHC images with nuclear counterstain and supports both pretrained and custom nuclear and membrane segmentation models for accurate cell and membrane identification. Although the primary focus is on continuous quantitative analysis rather than threshold-based cell positivity, the module also includes threshold-assist functionality for setting OD or NMR (Normalized Membrane Ratio) positivity thresholds when needed for spatial calculations. A key feature of the module is the ability to adjust membrane thickness to better reflect staining patterns. In addition, built-in spatial analysis and scoring capabilities help assess potential bystander effects. Expanded outputs include measurements of membrane OD variability, percent completeness of membrane staining, automated NMR calculations, continuous scoring metrics, and histograms for OD distributions across cellular compartments, and NMR values.

Where Can I Learn More?

Download the ADC Target Scoring Module User Guide from the Learning Portal Resources page (search for “ADC”) and watch the in-depth tutorial video. You will need a Learning Portal account to access these resources. If you do not already have an account, you can create one here.

How Do I Purchase?

Indica Labs will be sending an email out to existing customers soon from info@indicalab.com with instructions on how to submit their purchase request. This module is compatible with HALO® 4.3 only.
