
HALO, HALO AI, and HALO Link 3.4 Features and Functionalities

What new features are included in the 3.4 release?
HALO 3.4
HALO 3.4 has new batch processing tools for renaming channels of fluorescence images and performing Serial Stain Fusion workflows. Additionally, improvements to the image reader provide enhanced performance. The Tissue Microarray module has been updated to include new tools for annotation management. A new Random Forest algorithm with improved performance for classifiers with extensive training data will be available in the Tissue Classifier module. Finally, for enterprise solutions, HALO 3.4 provides improved loading times for large databases and increased visibility around user permissions granted through HALO Link integration.
HALO AI 3.4
HALO AI 3.4 contains a new tool that supports copying annotations in batch to a classifier as training data allowing for huge time saving advantages in setting up a new AI-based algorithm. HALO AI 3.4 also has faster analysis and offers a new ONNX format export option.
HALO Link 3.4
In HALO Link 3.4, the user interface has been redesigned with a new study action sidebar for quick access to key study elements. The sidebar offers improved organization allowing users to focus on interacting and updating the data in the Study Image Grid. In addition, HALO Link now offers an ergonomic slide navigation mode in the viewer for smooth panning without additional mouse clicks. Other updates in HALO Link 3.4 include expanded annotation tool functionality as well as new ways to sort and filter data in the viewer.

When can I expect to receive my 3.4 upgrade?
