Streamline analysis for antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)-focused assays and perform quantitative continuous scoring and spatial analysis with the HALO® ADC Target Scoring module. This module works with single-stain IHC images with nuclear counterstain and offers both pretrained and custom AI-based membrane and nuclear segmentation as well as adjustable membrane thickness to better reflect staining patterns. ADC-focused outputs include measurements of membrane OD variability, percent completeness of membrane staining, automated normalized membrane ratio (NMR) calculations, and continuous spatial scoring metrics.
Spatial Analysis
The ADC Target Scoring module includes built-in spatial analysis and scoring capabilities to measure potential bystander effects. The module offers threshold-assist functionality for setting OD or NMR positivity thresholds, while spatial analysis results are visualized through intuitive proximity histograms and markup images.
