Announcing HALO® RNAscope™ modules supporting interactive markups
We’re excited to announce the launch of the newly updated RNAscope™ modules supporting interactive markup images. Interactive markup images facilitate exploration of image analysis results – simply toggle on or off probe or protein markups, cells, and borders to understand markup results.
In this blog post, you can learn about the interactive markup image support added to the HALO® ISH, FISH, ISH-IHC, and FISH-IF modules, where to find the user guides, tutorial videos, and when to expect to upgrade.
WHAT NEW FEATURES ARE INCLUDED?
This module release includes the option to generate interactive markup images. The best part is because this is a patch version update, you can use previously saved settings and just update the markup image option.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO UPGRADE?
Indica Labs will be sending an email out to customers with eligible Software Maintenance and Support (SMS) plans soon from info@indicalab.com with instructions on how to submit their upgrade request.
