Announcing HALO® Vacuole, Object Colocalization BF, and Object Colocalization FL Modules Supporting Interactive Markups

We’re excited to announce the launch of the newly updated Vacuole, Object Colocalization BF, and Object Colocalization FL modules supporting interactive markups. Unlike conventional markup images, which display a static output, interactive markup images are dynamic, allowing users to toggle on and off different objects of interest as they view analysis results.

In this blog post, you can learn about the interactive markup image support added to the HALO® Vacuole, Object Colocalization BF, and Object Colocalization FL modules, where to find the user guides, and when to expect to upgrade.

What New Features Are Included?

This module release includes the option to generate interactive markup images. Beyond switching specific populations on and off, users can also change markup colors and toggle borders. Check out this previous blog post focused on the benefits of interactive markup images!

Where Can I Learn More?

Download the Vacuole module User Guide, Object Colocalization BF module User Guide, and Object Colocalization FL module User Guide in the Learning Portal. You will need a Learning Portal account to access this resource. If you do not already have an account, you can create one here.

When Can I Expect To Upgrade?

Indica Labs will be sending an email out to customers with eligible Software Maintenance and Support (SMS) plans soon from info@indicalab.com with instructions on how to submit their upgrade request. This module upgrade requires HALO 3.6 or later. Optionally, if you would like to upgrade to HALO 4.0 at the same time as your module upgrade, be sure to let the Technical Solutions team know so that they can appropriately schedule your upgrades.

If your HALO licenses do not have an active SMS plan, or you are unsure of your plan status, submit this form and we’ll be in touch with you soon.

If you have questions regarding the release, feel free to reach out to support@indicalab.com.
